The symbolist work of Lawrence Klimecki. My art attempts to portray the reality of the spiritual world, the world of dreams and visions. Symbolism is used to a great extent in order to make visible the invisible world around us. As we are creatures of both flesh and spirit, we live in both worlds and cannot forsake one for the other. Our spiritual side and our physical side are connected, what nourishes one, nourishes the other, Each work of art is layered with symbols and meaning drawing the viewer inward to contemplate the spiritual aspects of their lives.
