I'm a very versatile person and I enjoy a lot of different things in my life, two of which are photography and nudism. To me, nudity isn't something that should be shameful and looked down upon. It is our natural state. It is the way we are born, and each of us gets nude each day to (hopefully) take a shower. Why is it that our society has gotten to look upon nudity and the natural human form as something disgusting, shameful, and needing to be covered up? Its my goal to show that we are all perfectly natural without clothing, and that you shouldn't be ashamed to remove your clothing, no matter what body type you may have. I'm proud to be a nudist, and proud to say that I am not brainwashed by the media that is thrown at us each day through the television. Tv, magazines, and many other forms of media push us to believe that unless you have one particular body type, you should be ashamed of yourself. I ask you to try to let go of this, you are fine how you are, and shouldn't feel as though you're not as good as anyone else because your body doesn't match the ones in magazines you read. I like these photos of me in the forest, its reminiscent of my enjoyment of the outdoors. I post these because I want people to understand that their bodies are okay, they shouldn't be ashamed of themselves because they don't match what they see on tv. I understand that I'm 'imperfect', everyone is in some way. But at what point did we start to feel so much shame in ourselves that we can no longer be comfortable in our natural state? I like being naked. Its comfortable, and it feels right. Its not necessarily sexual (though it can be in certain situations), its simply my natural state - the way I was born. I let go of the fears and shame that society shackled on me long ago, I wish others could do the same
