Description Just as water towers represent small towns around America, there was a time when post offices were a source of architectural pride. This post office was built in 1939 as a WPA project and hasn't been used for the past 20 years. The glass tower with the traditional weather vane reaching toward the heavens is what made this building special. The tower stands proudly after surviving many storms and hurricanes. The original painting is oil on canvas 16 X 20 inches.
