A native of Macon, GA, B. Brannen has always found peace, joy and most importantly, herself in her art. Photography has been a rewarding medium for her, as she is able to find a new aspect of her subject with every picture she takes. "I find inspiration everywhere. I love taking pictures of anything and anyone, and it is often not until I blow up the photograph that I see the true picture. I find myself the happiest when I am behind the camera, in part, because I'm not in front of it! I love taking pictures and showing the joy, sorrow, and a myriad of other emotions take hold. You can see and feel those emotions in a photograph, and I often find myself on the brink of expressing those emotions as vividly and fully as the subject I am shooting."
