Whimsical Animals Wearing Top Hats. Two of my most favorite things animals and top hats. What fun to add class and finesse to animals by adding a top hat. I always loved the artist, William Wegman and his weineraner dogs who he would dress-up in clothing and humanize them right before your eyes. I am a huge “cat lover” but thought I would pay homage to other popular animal families as I capture the true essence and personality of each one.
